License

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and One (One & Co) governing your use of the Disco mobile application (“Application”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and intellectual property, is owned by One (One & Co) and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Application.

4. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services or APIs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One (One & Co) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
