License (EULA)

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of applications, software, and related services (“Services”) provided and published by One (“One”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, installing, or using any One application or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

One grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the application solely for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the application or Services;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application;

• Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

• Attempt unauthorized access to One systems, servers, or networks.

3. User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior while using the Services. Any abusive, offensive, harmful, fraudulent, or inappropriate activity may result in temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or further legal action where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, content, and related intellectual property associated with the Services remain the exclusive property of One and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Service Availability

One reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or service unavailability arising from the use of the application or Services.

7. Termination

One reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion if a user violates this Agreement or engages in activities deemed harmful to the platform, users, or infrastructure.

8. Updates to Agreement

One may revise or update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Acceptance

By continuing to use the application or Services, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and all applicable policies published by One.
